The panel aims to examine the concept of justice as the founding principle and guiding ideal of law. In this context, the panel will open a discussion on the principles upon which justice can be grounded and the fundamental role of human rights in establishing a peaceful, just order of human existence. Human dignity, recognized through human rights, will be evaluated as one of the fundamental values that ensures the protection of the individual and defines the legal and ethical foundation of social life. Thus, the panel invites participants to rethink the theoretical relationship between justice, human rights, and human dignity.
