The aim is to reconsider systematically all fields of positive law and multidisciplinary fields that have been encompassed by legal education from a critical gender equality perspective.  There are already published books on gender perspective in private, public, international law, in political philosophy and philosophy of law, reassessing political theories of justice and legal theories. Intersectionality feminist perspective to gender-based discrimination is an analytical tool that has been applied in these books. Different topics, different fields of legal and political theoretical and practical research are encompassed. Theoretical creativity and innovation is the result of applying feminist intersectionality approach in the political and legal fields. Law, gender and power are interconnected, law and gender are analyzed from intersectionality and diversity perspective.
