We welcome papers dealing with general topics related to the rule of law, justice, and the future of democracy. The IVR 2026 organizing committee will give the review its full attention and will contact the author of each selected paper by September 30, 2026. The basic guidelines and notices regarding publication are as follows.
We do not require every congress attendee to submit a full paper.
We expect papers to be approximately 6,000 words, including footnotes. However, having more or fewer characters does not matter greatly.
Selected contributions from IVR 2026 will be published as an Archiv für Rechts- und Sozialphilosophie (ARSP) supplement.
