He (JD Genoa; LLM Cornell; PhD Milan) is professor of Jurisprudence at the Department of Law of the University of Genoa (Italy), where he is also director of the Master "Global Rule of Law and Constitutional Democracy" and coordinator of the PhD Program "Philosophy of Law and History of Legal Culture".
